Need help with PII by Punjab Insurance? Email support@punjabinsurance.ca. We usually reply within two business days.

I cannot sign in

Use the Google account for the address where you received your invitation. If the message says your account has not been invited, ask your administrator to invite you.

If your invitation link has expired, ask the person who invited you to send a new one.

I do not see PII in Gmail

Install the PII Chrome extension, then reload Gmail. Look for PII in the left panel. If the extension asks for an update, update it from Chrome.

I am an administrator in two countries

Use the country switcher in the PII menu. Each country is a separate service, so sign in to each one once.
