Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of PII by Punjab Insurance, operated by Punjab Insurance Agency Inc. By signing in you accept them. Last updated: 6 October 2026.

The service

The service is by invitation, for professional use within your organization. Your administrator may change your role or remove your access.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure and do not share your access. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

Your data

Your information and your clients’ information belongs to you or your organization. You allow us to process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have the right to enter the information you add, and obtain any consents you need from your clients.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, send spam, access data that is not yours, disrupt the service or get around its security.

Compliance and insurance

The service helps track licences, E&O insurance and renewals, but it is not legal or insurance advice. You remain responsible for meeting the licensing and regulatory obligations that apply to you.

Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" without warranty and may be interrupted for maintenance.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to $100 or the amount paid for the service, whichever is greater.

Ending the service

Your organization or we may end your access. Terms that are meant to continue after the service ends will continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
